This year, Angelenos will head to the polls and make decisions that will shape public life, now and into the future. In addition to a contentious Presidential election and several important state legislative seats, the Los Angeles ballot will feature choices across 7 Los Angeles city council districts as well as for the position of Los Angeles County District Attorney.
The candidates elected to these crucial leadership positions will play a direct role in influencing policies and initiatives that affect local communities, including matters related to housing affordability, public safety, transportation, environmental sustainability, and economic development.
In doing so, they will chart the course for Los Angeles in addressing its most pressing challenges and in its pursuit of opportunities for growth and progress.
