Youth Leadership Academy

We are excited to unveil Thrive LA's Youth Leadership Academy, an initiative dedicated to developing the next generation of civic leaders to enhance Los Angeles' public life.

This program aims to identify and prepare exceptional young leaders, equipping them with the skills and knowledge to shape the future of civic engagement in our city. Through comprehensive leadership and civics training, participants will develop expertise in persuasive communication, political campaigns, and Get-Out-The-Vote efforts. They will also connect with peers and leaders across Los Angeles County who are committed to improving the region's quality of life.

Thrive LA's Youth Leadership Academy is open to participants ages 15-25.
